our Little Mozart classes are part of the Music Matters! Symphony and are for our very youngest musicians. Classes integrate, among others, well known German educational concepts such as the German Carl Orff methodology and the Hungarian Kodaly methodology. Children explore and learn through movement and play.
Instrument Carousel Class
This class follows Little Mozarts within the Music Matters! Symphony framework and is recommended for Ages 4-7 years. Once children have completed the first 8 weeks of this course, they can go into an intensive class with their instrument of choice for another 8 week session.
Meet The Instructor
Gosia Szemelak-Dauksza
Gosia started playing flute when she was 12 years old. She graduated from Academy of Music in Kraków, Poland in 2012. During the course of her musical education, she attended flute workshops in Poland, Spain, and the UK, under the guidance of world-renowned flutists such as Professor Peter Lukas Graf, Professor Janos Balint, Łukasz Długosz, and Wil Offermans. Goisa moved to Sandpoint with her family in 2020 and teaches piano, flute, and Instrument Carousel at the Music Conservatory.
